I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and part of Leanne’s care team, working with adults in person in Kitchener and virtually across Ontario. I offer sessions in English and Spanish.

Most people who come to me are stuck. Anxiety running underneath everything. Trauma that still decides who they let close. For a lot of them something else runs alongside it: drinking that started as taking the edge off, anger that arrives before they can catch it. By the time someone calls, it is rarely the drinking or the outburst that moved them. It is what it is costing them with the people they love.

You will not be lectured here. I have never seen shame change anyone. What I have seen is people move once they feel understood and accepted, exactly as they arrive. Substance use never happens in isolation, so we look at what sits underneath it as well as the behaviour itself.

I also work with a lot of men. If you were raised to solve things alone, therapy is the last place you want to be. I understand, and we can go slowly.

My foundation is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), drawing also from CBT and DBT, psychodynamic and family systems approaches, and ACT.

Reaching out for help is already an act of courage.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and part of Leanne’s care team, working with individuals and couples virtually across Ontario.

I work with people who are quietly drowning in the weight of a life transition they were not prepared for. New parents treading water through postpartum, trying to manage it all while feeling guilty for needing help. People sitting in grief they do not know how to name. Partners who love each other but have stopped being able to reach each other. The ones who keep showing up for everyone else, but when it is their turn to fall apart, there is no one there.

I support clients through perinatal and postpartum challenges, anxiety, self-worth, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationships. I also understand the unique pressures of military life from the inside, and offer a space where military and veteran families feel seen.

My approach is relational, client-centred and attachment-focused. You set the pace, and I follow. I draw from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), ACT, psychodynamic exploration, and mindfulness-based practices, and I have completed perinatal mental health training and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1).

I come to this work through lived experience, not just training. I experienced birth trauma, and for years afterward I carried postpartum anxiety that went undiagnosed. When I finally found the right support, everything shifted. That is what I hope to give you: not a homework plan, but a relationship.

Just as a garden needs care, patience, and the right conditions to flourish, personal growth unfolds in its own time.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and part of Leanne’s care team, working with teens 16 and older, adults, and couples in person in Kitchener and virtually across Ontario. I offer sessions in English and French.

The people I work with are often the ones everyone else leans on. The reliable one. The one who says “I’m fine” before anyone can finish asking. Many learned long ago that their own needs could wait. By the time they reach out, they are running on empty, caught in the same patterns with the people they love, or quietly wondering whether the life they built still fits.

You do not have to earn your place here. I work from an attachment-based, humanistic perspective. I offer warmth, gentle challenges, and honest observations about the patterns that keep looping, and I show up first as a human being, never as the expert on your life.

With couples, my work is informed by Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy training. We look beneath the conflict to the fears and longings driving it, so you can find your way back to one another.

Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you were before you learned to earn your worth.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist based in Kitchener, Ontario, with over 12 years of experience helping high-functioning adults and couples who look like they have it all together but feel like they’re barely holding on.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and relationship work. Not the kind that just teaches you to cope better, but the kind that helps you heal the root of what’s keeping you stuck.

I blend relational psychotherapy, somatic work, mindfulness, and trauma-focused approaches. I’m trained in Somatic Experiencing (Levels 1, 2 and 3) and the Gottman Method for couples (Levels 1, 2 and 3). Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and gently challenging.

My hope is that therapy feels like a space where all parts of you are welcome, including the ones you’ve learned to hide.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and part of Leanne’s care team, working with adults and couples in person in Kitchener and virtually across Ontario. I offer sessions in English and German, and in Spanish at an intermediate level.

The people I work with often carry a lot more than they show on the outside. Many arrive feeling lost, inadequate, misunderstood, or stuck. Sometimes it feels like a suffocating weight that will not lift. Other times it is quieter than that: you are pushing forward in life while something inside is pulling you back.

I support clients through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, perfectionism and self-criticism, relationship dynamics, chronic illness and pain, and life transitions. With couples, we slow down and make space for what sits underneath the patterns, so you can find your way back to one another.

My approach is person-centred and neuroscience-informed, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, DBT, somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, and narrative therapy.

I believe in this process because I have lived it myself. On the surface, it once looked like I was succeeding. Inside, I was carrying wounds I did not fully understand. When I finally reached out, I experienced what it felt like to be met with steadiness and care rather than judgement. That is what I offer every person who sits with me.

In a safe and understanding space, these parts of us can finally be heard.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and part of Leanne’s care team, working with clients virtually across Ontario.

I work with high-achieving adults who have spent years being accommodating, pleasant, and never a burden. People who have become experts at making themselves smaller, silencing their own needs, and keeping everyone else comfortable. If that sounds like you, I want you to know: the way you learned to show up in the world made sense once. But it is costing you now, and you deserve something different.

My work focuses on what lives beneath the surface. Together, we explore the emotional patterns that keep you stuck, nurture the needs that have gone unmet, and work toward a version of connection, with yourself and with others, that does not cost you your sense of self.

My primary approach is Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), grounded in attachment science. I also draw from CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed modalities, tailored to your unique needs.

I do not come to this work as an observer. I have sat in the client’s chair myself, navigating anxiety and complex trauma. That experience shapes every session. I am commonly described as warm, gentle, and grounded. I welcome you however you show up.

You have held space for everyone else. Let someone hold it for you.
